En ny 'manual författare' i MACH gänget

This should cover any mill setting that you would like to do.. as well
as a small section for Plasma as well There will be more docs and at
this time I am thinking that we will work on a Mill operations manual..
I would like to put this manual out after I am done with the new cutter
comp code..
