Lämpligt är att du gör define på alla datatyper du använder i din kod. Med andra ord skriv inte

Och så vidare så är det väldigt enkelt att byta kompilator eller CPU, du behöver enbart ändra några få typedefs. Al du verkar växla en del vad gäller definitionerna på dina flyttal.

Nej, använd definitionerna i stdint.h om det ska vara portabelt. Eller gör det ändå...

Nu har jag skrivit klart ett program som estimerar matriserna A, B, C från mätdata. A, B, C är att en linjär dynamisk beskrivning i from av tillståndsmodeller. Istället för överföringsfunktioner.
Nu skulle jag vilja kolla om jag kan komplimera detta för STM32.
Algoritmen som jag används är Eigensystem Realization Algorithm och den användes bland annat för Hubbleteleskopet och än idag används den. Dels för att den är så simpel och man kan enkelt anpassa modellstorlekarna igenom ett knapptryck. Även här lyckas inte Lapack få ned singulära värden till nära noll. Ni vet denna debatt för några sidor bakåt? Där tydligen JAG som var problemet, men tydligen så var det C/C++ som inte kunde hantera skitvärden, enligt Armadillo.
Vad är det exakt jag behöver göra? Jag har komplimerat Lapack för single precision. Projektet är uppladdat. Ni behöver Eclipse för att öppna det.

Nu var det ju ingen som sa att det var du eller C/C++ som var problemet utan bara olika sätt algoritmerna hanterar skitdata vilket är irrelevant då du inte använder skitdatat ändå.

Jag klistrade in mitt bibliotek och länkade Lapack. Så här blev resultatet när jag komplimerade.
Den kan inte hitta lapack och blas.
Jag kanske måste kompilera CLapack för ARM?
Jag testar ytterligare en gång till.
Här är make filen. Är det något som jag måste ändra här, för att CLAPACK ska passa för ARM Cortex-m4?
Jag testade även det, men det gav följande resultat. Jag skapade en symbolisk länk mellan Atollic's GCC och /usr/bin/ på Linux, där orginal GCC ligger.
Den kan inte hitta lapack och blas.
Jag kanske måste kompilera CLapack för ARM?

Ingen som vet. Jag testar att köra med Atollic's GCC, dvs "arm-atollic-eabi-gcc". Men jag får bara detta mystiska error.
Det kanske inte går att kompilera Clapack för ARM?

Så, så som du bygger, så känns inte "-meabi" igen, och det är ju det som meddelandet säger, eller hur?-meabi

On System V.4 and embedded PowerPC systems do (do not) adhere to the Embedded Applications Binary Interface (eabi) which is a set of modifications to the System V.4 specifications. Selecting -meabi means that the stack is aligned to an 8 byte boundary, a function __eabi is called to from main to set up the eabi environment, and the -msdata option can use both r2 and r13 to point to two separate small data areas. Selecting -mno-eabi means that the stack is aligned to a 16 byte boundary, do not call an initialization function from main, and the -msdata option will only use r13 to point to a single small data area. The -meabi option is on by default if you configured GCC using one of the powerpc*-*-eabi* options.

Men det är väl det här som är själva nöjet med röriga och dåligt
dokumenterade open source prylar...

Nu ska vi inte kasta skit på GCC. Finns många företag som använder sig av GCC. Men jag håller med att dem borde ha förklarat bättre.

Något ger ju GCC med en option som inte är giltig i det aktuella fallet, vad ska GCC göra åt det?
Och vad är det som ska förklaras bättre? "unrecognized option" är väl så tydligt det kan bli...
Om du skickar in "-xyz" till GCC så kan ju inte GCC börja gissa vad det skulle ha varit.

CLapack svajjigt? Det är ju beprövade saker
Annars så är biblioteket snabbt. Jag räknar ut en 72*72 matris på någon millisekund med SVD. Det är bra gjort. Det är dessutom snabbare än GNU Octave, med några millisekunder typ 3-4.
