Hej igen,
In the mean time I've found the solution myself, details can be found below.

Ingredients:
- 4 diodes ( removed them from some older HW)
- DC to DC stepdown convertor
- Sonoff SV
- Reed switch
- Case

You can get a 24V from the outer side of the light bulb and the - from the BATT output.
Since I wasn't 100% sure if it's DC, I've added a AC to DC converter using 4 diodes, so now we have 24V DC.
Now you can connect the output from the diodes to the input of the DC-DC stepdown convertor which is adjusted to 12V (this is just to be safe and don't kill the sonoff)
From the sonoff you have to remove 2 resistors to make the relay independent from the ESP chip (you can find the details if many videos or ithead wiki)
